Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2022, in Case No. 2021-CA- 004563-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which LAKE PLEASANT COVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAVE FLORESTIL, ROSE M. MERVIL, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on June 21, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 28, LAKE PLEASANT COVE, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 143 through 145, inclusive, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
