NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of March 2022, in Case No. 21-CA-06177, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2019-1, is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY DEAN FINCHER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMOTHY DEAN FINCHER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 27th day of June 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A Tract of land lying and being in the Southeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 27 South, Range 17 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3 for a POINT OF BEGINNING of Tract being described, thence South 89Ëš09'00” East a distance of 128.21 feet to a witness corner setting 68.0 feet MORE OR LESS from the Present shore line of Lake Artillery, thence continue South 89Ëš09'00” East a distance of 58.0 feet, MORE OR LESS to stated shore line: thence meander Southwesterly along stated shore line a distance of 93.0 feet, MORE OR LESS to a point 18 feet, MORE OR LESS North 69Ëš51'20” East, from a witness corner thence continue South 69Ëš51'20” West a distance of 16 feet more or less to stated witness corner thence continue South 69Ëš51'20 West a distance of 138.86 feet to the aforementioned Easterly right of way boundary of Gunn Highway and a point on curve, thence on an arc to the Right of 31.11 feet with a radius of 797.23 feet, subtended by a chord of 31.05 feet, chord bearing North 15Ëš21'09” West, to Point of Tangency thence North 14Ëš14'00” West a distance of 121.20 feet, thence South 89Ëš09'00” East a distance of 21.70 feet to a POINT OF BEGINNING.
