NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 5, 2021 in Civil Case No. 36-2019-CA-005838 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CANDACE DAWN HEWITT A/K/A CANDY DAWN HEWITT, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee. realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of June 2022 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 44 AND 45, BLOCK 165, SAN CARLOS PARK, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 9, PAGE 198, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
