Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 1st day of April, 2022 and Order Scheduling Sale entered on 12th day of May, 2022, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MANGO CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and 5T WEALTH PARTNERS, LP is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on June 10, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
