NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Ex Parte Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on the 5th day of May, 2022, in Civil Action No. 2020-003305-CI of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which VELOCITY COMMERCIAL CAPITAL, LLC, a foreign limited liability company is the Plaintiff and MAURIELL SCARBOROUGH a/k/a MAURIELL L. SCARBOROUGH, individually; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the state of Florida; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY; PAULA A. SCARBOROUGH, individually; MARIO'S AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING, INC., a Florida corporation;
COURTLAND TITLE SERVICES, INC., a Florida corporation; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OWNER(S)/ SPOUSE(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
