SOUTHWEST HOUSING, LLC and WINWARD PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, ET AL.; and all parties having or claiming by, through, under or against any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the named Defendants in regard to the subject property,

TO: SOUTHWEST HOUSING, LLC, last known address 247 N Westmonte Dr., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714; and WINWARD PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, last address unknown, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under or against any and all persons claiming and right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the named defendants in regard to the subject property.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to quiet title pursuant to Section 65.081, Florida Statutes, and as otherwise alleged in the complaint, to the following property(ies) located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 13, Block 1310, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 13, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 2A thru 2G, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida;
Lot 9, Block 932, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 17, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 6A thru 6D, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida;
Lot 29, Block 6, PEACE RIVER SHORES, UNIT 10, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 43A thru 43D, of the Public Records of Charlotte
County, Florida;
Lot 129A a/k/a a Portion of Lots 128 and 129, CAPE HAZE WINDWARD, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 59A thru 590, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, less the Southerly 50 feet thereof; and
North 1/2 of North 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Northwest 1/4, less and except the West 25 feet thereof reserved for perpetual road right-of-way easement, of Section 15, Township 42 South, Range 24 East, situate, lying, and being in Charlotte County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written response, if any, to the action on Ilian Rashtanov, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is One E. Broward Blvd., Ste. 700, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33301, [email protected], on or before June 24, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
