NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Partially Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of May 2022 and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 13th day of July, 2022, the interest in real property situated in Manatee County, Florida and described as:
Unit 302, Building J, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 982, page 1449, and Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1633, page 5304, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, page 155, and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Which has also sometimes been erroneously described as follows:
Unit 302, Building J, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 2, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 985, Page 90, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, page 155, and amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with all leases, rents, issues, and profits arising from the property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
