NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated May 12, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2021CC006748 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 28, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK M, KINGSFIELD, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 27 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
