NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-005888 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QH5, is the Plaintiff and Eli A. Munoz, Marcial E. Solorzano, John Doe N/K/A Lazaro Francai, John Doe N/K/A Leonardo Pita, Eli A Munoz, Marcial E Solorzano, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the June 15, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
