NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2022 in Case No. 532022CA000535000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein SOUTHERN DUNES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and GILDARDO MARTIN, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on JUNE 22, 2022. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 131, OF KOKOMO BAY PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, AT PAGE(S) 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 2825 KOKOMO LOOP, HAINES CITY, FL 33844.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
