NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021CA002299000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2019-RPL3 TRUST is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RANDALL GREATENS A/K/A RANDALL J.
