IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA - CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on June 9, 2022 at eleven o'clock a.m. held in the first floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112 offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 24, of Bougainvillas, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 2112, Pages 761 and 762, and all exhibits and amendments thereof of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
