NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 58-2021-CA-001948 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2018-1, U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Steve C. Ritzel a/k/a Steve Carl Ritzel, Marie E Ritzel a/k/a Marie Ellaina Ritzel, Griffon Woods Association, Inc., Longwood Run Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the June 17, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 30, LONGWOOD RUN SUBDIVISION, PHASE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 37, 37A -37C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
