NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 19, 2022, and entered in Case No. 11-2019-CA-005028 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York as successor in interest to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-2 , is the Plaintiff and 1235 TE, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company, Marina Alvarez, D.A.N. Joint Venture III, L.P., an Ohio Limited Partnership, Plantation Homes Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of June, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
