Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2022, in Case No. 2020-CA-009780, of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and RUNDOS EQUITY, LLC and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A CARL JONES are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on June 22, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
LOT 17, IN BLOCK 4, OF DG FARMS PHASE 2B, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124. PAGE 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
