NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2022 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 18, 2022 entered by the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in Case No. 22-CC-12184 in which Florida Cash for Keys, LLC is the Plaintiff and Casco Antiguo, LLC is the Defendant.
The Clerk, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 21, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 44G, Place One Condominium, a condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 3809, Page 886, and first amendment recorded in Official Record Book 4199, Page 1488, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 45, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
