NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 15, LAKE POINTE AT COUNTRYSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 121, Pages 51-54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3629 Country Pointe Place, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 23, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
