AND THE EAST FIFTY (50) OF THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN 295 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, RUN NORTH 210 FEET, EAST 105 FEET, SOUTH 210 FEET, WEST 105 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
