NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1512 of THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of The Club at Feather Sound Condominium, recorded 8/01/2005, in Official Records Book 14494, Page 2117-2280, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments to the Declaration and an undivided interest in the common elements or appurtenances thereto. With the following street address: 1986 Pelican Landing Blvd. #1512, Clearwater, FL 33762.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 23, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
