DOMICILE TO FOREIGN
JURISDICTION

an incapacitated person.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED, pursuant to §744.524, Fla. Stat., that the domicile of ANNE MARIE WILLISTON, a resident Ward, has been changed to a foreign jurisdiction, to wit: the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, 15th Division (“Foreign Jurisdiction”).
The address of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, is: 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756.
The name and address of the Guardian of the Property of the Ward, and the name and address of the Guardian's attorney, are set forth below.
The Guardian of the Person and Property of the Ward in the Foreign Jurisdiction is NATHALIE COULTER (“Foreign Guardian”), whose address is set forth below. The name and address of the attorney for the Foreign Guardian are: Laura Dyer Johnson, Esq., Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, P.C., 500 President Clinton Ave., Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72201.
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward, and the subsequent death of the Ward.
The Guardian will apply for discharge on July 15, 2022.
The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the Foreign Jurisdiction.
You are required to file with the clerk of the above court within the later of 30 days after the date of service of the Petition for Discharge upon you or the date of first publication of this Notice, any objections to the Petition for Discharge or Final Report, and to serve a copy of such objections on Guardian's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, and on all other interested persons. Any objections must be in writing and must state with particularity the item or items to which the objections are directed and must state the grounds on which the objections are based. If a notice of hearing on the objections is not served within 90 days of filing the objections, the objections shall be deemed abandoned and judgment may be entered in due course upon the Petition for Discharge.
