NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2022, and entered in 16-004343-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and FLOR DE MARIA GARCIA; WATERFORD TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE SPECIAL FINANCE UNIT, LLC are the Defendant(s).
