NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure granted May 11, 2022, and entered in Case No. 20-004002-CI of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM #4, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALFRED E. CARDELLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFRED E. CARDELLO; LAURA CARDELLO; SEVILLE R. O. ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x ] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of June, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment Number 108, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 55 through 59, inclusive, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto all in according with and subject to the covenant, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provision of the Declaration of Condominium., as recorded in O. R. Book 3504, Pages 482 through 578, inclusive; and amended in O. R. Book 3894, Page 712, O.R. Book 4542, Page 1178; O. R. Book 4822, Page 1161; O. R. Book 4882, Page 490; and O. R. Book 6947, Page 1378, and all amendments thereto, all of the public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
