Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , in Case No.: 2021-CC-004186 of the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein THE MANORS AT WESTRIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and PAUL CLEGG, LESLEY WRIGHT AND UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on October 24, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 60, VILLAS OF WESTRIDGE PHASE 5-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106 PAGES 17-18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
