NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022CC002401000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, whereby BE A MAN BUY LAND, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and MARTA DE LOURDES CONDE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTA DE LOURDES CONDE, KYLE ANTHONY INFANTE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KYLE ANTHONY INFANTE, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 8, 2022 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
