NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each of you that an action to quiet title on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 2005, Veracruz at Cape Marco, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3936, Page 3217, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Together with the exclusive right to use Parking Spaces G1-117 and G1-63, and Storage Space S-9
has been filed against you and you are required to serve your written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Thomas K. Rinaldi, whose address is 4001 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 105, Naples, Florida 34103 on or before thirty (30) days after the publication in the Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulaiton published in Collier County, Florida.
