NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2022-CA-000861-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 is Plaintiff and ESTATE OF SHIRLEY WATSON and RICHARD LASH, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on November 17, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 52, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 27, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
