BOWEN, Individually; and PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; are the Defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 14th day of November, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
