ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN
PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED
INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO
ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID
UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and
UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 and #2,
the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 14, 2022 and entered in Case No. 22000102CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of November, 2022, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 1973, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 60, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 74A through 74K, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU
WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
