NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., on December 8, 2022, that certain parcel of real property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as follows:
A parcel of land lying and being in the North ½ of Section 16, Township 42 South, Range 23 East, Charlotte County, Florida, being more specifically described as follows: from the Southeast corner of the North ½ of said Section 16, run South 89 Degrees 13' 53” West along the South line of the North ½ of said Section 16, a distance of 4261.09 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 Degrees 13' 53” West along said South line of the North 1/2 a distance of 328.23 feet; thence North 00 Degrees 46' 07” West, a distance of 662.46 feet; thence North 89 Degrees 16' 22” East, along the North line of the South ½ of the South ½ of the North ½ of said Section 16, a distance of 328.23 feet; thence South 00 Degrees 46' 07” East, a distance of 662.23 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
