YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a suit to quiet title to the following-described parcels of property in Charlotte County, Florida:
COUNT I PARCEL: Lots 9 and 10, Block 296, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT NO. 10, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 76, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT V PARCEL: Lot 17, Block 11, TEE AND GREEN ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 18, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VI PARCEL: Lot 12, Block 16, TEE AND GREEN ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 18, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT VII PARCEL: Lot 10, Block 16, TEE AND GREEN ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 18, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT IX PARCEL: Lots 15 and 16, Block C, SUNSHINE PARK Addition to PUNTA GORDA, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 37, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT X PARCEL: Lot 20, Block 133, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT NO. 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 99, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT XI PARCEL: Lot 2, Block 134, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT NO. 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 99, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
COUNT XII PARCEL: Lot 21, Block 133, TROPICAL GULF ACRES, UNIT NO. 7, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 99, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 28th day of November, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
