NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2022, entered in Civil Case No.: 22000708CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF TIMOTHY R. HALE A/K/A TIMOTHY R. HALE, JR., DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF TIMOTHY R. HALE A/K/A TIMOTHY R. HALE, JR., DECEASED; JAIME LYNNE HALE; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, INCLUDING, IF A NAMED DEFENDANT IS DECEASED, THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, THE SURVIVING SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT, AND ALL CLAIMANTS, PERSONS OR PARTIES, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, OR WHOSE EXACT LEGAL STATUS IS UNKNOWN, CLAIMING UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE NAMED OR DESCRIBED DEFENDANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of December, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 390, THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
