Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 23rd day of August, 2022 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 26th day of October, 2022, and entered in case No. 2020000904CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and XERXES M. NEPOMUCENO and BEATA M. NEPOMUCENO are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on Monday. December 5.2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 834, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 21, according to
the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 1-A through l-Z-21,
Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
