Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 10, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2022 CA 000144 in the Circuit Court of MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Unit 203, Building 7131, BOCA GROVE, PHASE 3, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 1616, Pages 4811 through 4892, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 30, Pages 29 through 31, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property address: 7131 Boca Grove Place, #203, Bradenton, FL 34202 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on November 10, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
