NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2022, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 9th day of November, 2022, at 11:00 am to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
