YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a declaratory action to reestablish a lost Trust, or in the alternative to revoke a Trust, is being litigated in Manatee County, Florida for the following Trust:
THE ROBERT C. GEIGER AND JEAN E. GEIGER REVOCABLE TRUST U.T.D. NOVEMBER 17, 2003.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron & Shea, PLLC, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before
30 DAYS AFTER FIRST PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Petitioners' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
