Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order entered in the above noted case that the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 28, Tara Phase II Subphase B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 163 through 167, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for case, via the Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com; at 11:00 a.m. on November 30, 2022. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
