YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for partition related to the following described property is being litigated in Manatee County, Florida:
The East ½ of one acre of land, more or less, in the West ½ of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, described by metes and bounds as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of the West ½ of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 29; run thence South along the West boundary of said West ½ of the Northwest 1/4 1,322.5 feet; thence run North 73° 45' East, 460 feet making this the Point of Beginning; run thence South 210 feet; thence North 73° 45' East, 210 feet; thence North 210 feet; thence South 73° 45' West, 210 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to an easement for ingress and egress over the South 50 feet of said property, as more particularly described in Official Records Book 1225 Page 3154, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Barnes Walker, Goethe, Perron & Shea, PLLC, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before 1/26/2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Petitioners' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
