NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2015-003421-CA-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-2, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, Plaintiff and Brian A. Jenkins a/k/a Brian Jenkins are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 28, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 110 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF BLOCK 7, W.C. SUMNER'S ADDITION TO DADE CITY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 10, PAGE 197, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
