TO: Any Unknown Beneficiaries of the Estate of George Vreeland, including all parties claiming interests by, through, under or against Estate of George Vreeland, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the following real property, lying and being situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land containing 1.5 acres in Sec. 11, Twp. 39S., Rge. 19E., Sarasota County, Florida; That parcel described as follows:
Commence at the NW corner Tract 128, VENICE FARMS SUB.; recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 179, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence N89Ëš - 20' - 48”W, along the South R/W 100 ft. wide Venice Avenue, East, (as exists) 1051.0 ft. for a Point of Beginning; thence S0Ëš - 05' - 29”E, 520.0 ft.; then N61Ëš - 59' - 00” W, 153.04 ft.; thence N0Ëš - 05' - 29”W, 448.89 ft., to the intersection with said South R/W Venice Avenue, East; thence S 89Ëš - 20' - 48”E, along said R/W, 135.0 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy upon Bryan S. Kessler, Esq., Attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose address is 1872 Tamiami Trail S, Suite D, Venice, Florida 34293, not later than the date fixed in this notice, which date shall not be less than 28 nor more than 60 days after the first publication of this notice; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
