NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2022, and entered in Case No. 58-2022-CA-000436 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Longbridge Financial, LLC , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, P. John Stringer aka John Percy Stringer aka John Stringer, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Thomas Stringer, Daniel Holthusen, Thomas Holthusen, Chase Holthusen, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the November 21, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
