COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, JOANN CATHERINE RODRIGUEZ, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on June 20, 2022. Case No: 2022-CA-2645.

You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: RITA JACKMAN, ESQUIRE of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before November 21, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
