NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 11th day of August 2022, in Case No. 19-CA-010492, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC. as attorney in fact for COMMUNITY LOAN SERVICING, LLC fka BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KIMBER L. BYRD A/K/A KIMBER LEA BYRD; TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; JAMES BYRD; JOSHUA L. FIDLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 7th day of December 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 22, TOWN “N” COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
