WRIGHT, if living; and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under or against any known or unknown person who is known to be dead or is not known to be either dead or alive; and all persons or parties claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in this Notice of Action.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following property located in Lee County, Florida:
all that part of the southeast quarter (se 1/4) of the northwest quarter (nw 1/4) of section 21, township 44 south, range 23 east, lying north of a line 990 feet north of and parallel with the south line of said quarter section being more particularly described as follows: a strip of land over and across the west 11.5 feet thereof and a strip of land off the north boundary of said parcel extending from a width of 20 feet at the west line of said parcel to a width of 0.0 feet at the east line of said parcel, subject to the right-of-way of a public road over and across the east 25 feet thereof
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Shannon M. Puopolo, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., whose address is Post Office Box 280, Fort Myers, Florida 33902, on or before November 28, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
