Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated October 25, 2022 in case number 2022CA-001659-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WARREN L. HOLAWAY, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WARREN L. HOLAWAY, DECEASED, VIRGINIA GIBSON, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of November, 2022, the following described real and personal property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
