has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Gary L. Green, Esq., Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 2670 Airport Pulling Road South, Naples, Florida 34112, on or before December 5, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the Lee County Courthouse, Civil Division, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
