COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, FRANCISCA BARRIOS, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action to: QUINTILIA M. BIGUS, PAMELA A. BIGUS, CHARLOTTE MCCORMACK AND GLENDA L. BURKE, 4704 W. Oakeller
Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33611, has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on October 21, 2022. Case No: 22-CA-004475.
1. Lot 4, Block 1, Unit 1, Section 9, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or the plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 12, Public Records, Lee County, Florida.

You are required to serve and Answer to this action upon: Juan J. Piles, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 4905 Chiquita Blvd. S., Suite 103, Cape Coral, Florida, on or before December 5, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaitniff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
