NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-002128 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Denise H. Potter a/k/a Denise Potter; Whiskey Creek Village Green Section Two Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 A.M. on JANUARY 18, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 218, SECTION 2, VILLAGE GREEN IN WHISKEY CREEK CLUB ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 719, AT PAGES 322-353 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
