Lots 17 and 18, Block 20, Unit 4, Part 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat therof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 30 through 43 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. AND
The property described in the quit claim deed conveyed by The City of Cape Coral to John & Rose Hedden on March 26, 1990 recorded at Official Records Book 2138, Page 2084 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, Drew F. Chesanek, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before December 12, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and for Reformation of Deeds.
