NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2022, and entered in case 2021-CC-009413-O of the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ESTATES HOA, INC., is the Plaintiff, and 1309 LAND TRUST, is the Defendant. Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the County Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorrangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 30th Day of November 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
