NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 21-003994-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROOSEVELT STEPHENS AKA ROOSEVELT STEPHENS, SR., DECEASED, et al are Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of November, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 14, AND A 20 FT. STRIP LYING SOUTH OF AND ADJOINING LOT 14, RIDGEWOOD TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
